Our Purpose
As a community, we collaborate to serve all people who are in need by connecting those who need services with our service providers. This coordinated entry system streamlines making the connection between a service provider and members of our community.
The Process
If you are Homeless or Fleeing Domestic Violence in Jefferson, Lewis, or St. Lawrence Counties, then you can access housing assistance programs and related services through the Points North Housing Coalition’s Coordinated Entry process.
