Join a Continuum of Care (CoC) Committee
The Points North Housing Coalition (PNHC) Continuum of Care (CoC) coordinates regional housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals. The CoC coordinates these services and funding with stakeholders, providers, partners, and community members. This team’s diverse membership and unique perspectives help create solutions to end homelessness in the region. Please share this form with others who may be interested in serving on a CoC committee.
