Launch Day – October 15th, 2020

Today is the big day! The Points North Housing Coalition, the NY-522 Continuum of Care, in coordination with CARES of NY, Inc. have worked since the mid-summer to bring an idea to life.

The purpose of this website is two fold:

1) To provide an online access point to receive information and request information about available homeless services in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties; and,

2) To promote and provide tools that further the Coordinated Entry System for CoC Providers

Today, you are witnessing the product of many planning hours, multiple meetings, and lots of testing. That work does not stop today though. Over the next few months, this site will continue to receive updates and improvements that are driven by your feedback. Please use our Contact Form to provide feedback and commentary to the developers and CoC Staff.
