After a quick month, the website has been growing in size, content, and in traffic. With all indicators in the green and positive feedback from the community, the website has already undergone multiple improvements. Some of them are accessible to all page visitors and some are only accessible to Coordinated Entry providers who have authorization to view protected pages and content. So, what happened in the last 34 days?
Resources for Continuum of Care Providers
Service providers in the Points North Housing Coalition now have a resource library that will host resources supporting providers in navigating the Coordinated Entry process. This page can be accessed through the top navigation menu under Home or you can access it on the home page under the heading titled, “CoC Provider Resources”. Or, click here to view the page.
Introduction to Coordinated Entry Video
Service Providers participating in Coordinated Entry can get a refresher on Coordinated Entry in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties by watching a short introduction video. This video is accessible on the protected page for CoC Service Providers.
New Electronic Form – Coordinated Entry Authorized User Form
Another CoC service provider specific resource is the new Authorized User electronic form. Users can visit the Forms page on the website and complete an electronic form. This is an additional option for users who prefer electronic submission compared to downloading the .pdf version of the form from the resources page and submitting the file as described in the document’s directions.
Easier Electronic Forms Navigation
The Forms page got a makeover this month to make it easier for site visitors to access the appropriate electronic forms. With three sections on the page, visitors can quickly identify which category they fall into and access the forms that are applicable to their identity. For example, the Contact Us Form is a form for everyone whereas the Coordinated Entry Authorized User Form is a form for CoC Service Providers.
